Portir Transitários, Lda., through the commitment of its employees and in the provision of services and high value, is aimed at satisfying and continuously exceeding customer expectations.

In our daily activities we have developed and adopted Quality Management Principles associated with the development and Continuous Improvement, characterized as follows:

• To take into account the requirements of the clients, to know their opinion about the company, implementing measures against their dissatisfaction, correcting and improving processes and attitudes, in order to fulfill their purposes;
• Promote the proper selection of suppliers by promoting more advantageous partnerships for both parties, which will enable the most appropriate qualitative and commercial development.
  Continuous monitoring of achieved quality levels.
• Promotion, development and commitment of new solutions and projects that aim at the improvement of quality and / or profitability, such as the Continuous Improvement of the effectiveness of the Quality Management System.
• Accountability of all employees, promoting their involvement, motivated by the notion of value that their own work represents for Clients, Colleagues and Direct or indirect Managers; Promotion of Team Spirit and Teamwork. Priority in continuous learning and improvement. Recognition that the success of the business depends on the people and their skills;
• Take into account legal and regulatory provisions, expecting identical behavior from our trading partners.
• Quality can and should be promoted freely by any collaborator and it is the responsibility of the Management to support and encourage initiatives that fall within the scope of this policy.

This Policy must be understood and practiced by all, serving as a basis for the Quality Management System, which is developed in accordance with the requirements of ISO 9001.
